As part of my education at GBS, I have written papers on my personal philosophy of music.

 

As context to these papers, I believe firstly that:

 

• Musical Worship was made by God (John 1:1-3)

• God commands us to worship him with music for who He is and what He has done for us (Psalm 150).

• Worship is something that needs be lived out daily (Psalm 34:1).

As an addition to my philosophy of music, I will add my final paper for the class Senior Worldview Seminar, which details my views on music in the church, and how worship ministers can keep the peace in their churches over disputes about music.
